This policy explains how TinTax collects, stores, uses, and protects your personal information when you use the ITIN information form. We handle your data in accordance with this policy.

1. Information we collect

To prepare your ITIN application, we may collect the following, depending on your answers:

  • Your current legal name, date of birth, gender, and country of birth.
  • Your full name at birth, if different from your current name.
  • Your mobile phone number, email address, and LINE contact.
  • Your most recent U.S. entry date and your residential address.
  • A U.S. mailing address, if you have one.
  • Passport, U.S. visa, national ID, or driver's-license details and images.
  • The purpose of your ITIN and any related tax documents.
  • Your payment slip and transaction details.

2. How we use it

Your information is used only to prepare and file your ITIN application with the IRS and to communicate with you about it. We do not sell your data or use it for unrelated marketing.

3. Storage & security

Your data and documents are stored encrypted on systems we control. Access to a customer's form is protected by a private link, and document images are only accessible through our password-protected admin.

4. Retention

We keep your information for up to 3 years from the date you submit the form, after which it is deleted, unless a longer period is required by law.

5. Your rights

You may ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal information at any time by contacting us on LINE with your order reference.
